Jourdain EX5 insertion part personnel slip, with integrated door
EX5 - insertion part personnel slip with door: Allows quick and easy access to the individual boxes/groups. Convenient, spring-loaded autolock latch, one-handed operation.
With the EX series, AVERDE offers an extremely massive version for cattle, dairy cattle, bulls and horses as stable partitioning or for the design of outdoor facilities. They are made of the best European steel and are not only hot-dip galvanized on the outside but also on the inside (hot-dip galvanizing).

Hot galvanizing:
Hot galvanizing after finishing consists in dipping the parts in a zinc bath at 450°C after a chemical preparation (degreasing, derusting with acid, washing, preheating).
At this temperature the mutual bonding of iron and zinc with a density of 71 - 90 µ is formed.
The tubes are not hermetically welded, so the parts are not only galvanized on the outside but also on the inside and thus have the highest possible resistance to rust.
For a long durability of the parts such as posts, boxes or internal parts of the cribs, which are in constant contact with harmful substances (slurry, manure, grass silage and especially maize silage), should be protected with a bituminous coating.
