Hot-dip galvanizing (hot-dip galvanizing):
The products are manufactured from first-class European steel and then galvanized in accordance with ISO NORM 1461 in the company's own galvanizing plant (ISO 9001 certified).
After chemical preparation (degreasing, derusting with acid, washing, preheating), the parts are immersed in a liquid zinc bath at 450°C.
At this temperature, the iron and zinc bond with a layer thickness of 71 - 90 µm.
The tubes are not hermetically welded, so that the parts are galvanized not only on the outside but also on the inside and thus have the greatest possible resistance to rust.
For a long service life of parts such as posts, racks or inner parts of the cribs, which are in constant contact with harmful substances (manure, dung, grass silage and especially maize silage), should be protected with a bituminous coating.
