Please contact us before sending the product to us. We will provide you with a return label for shipping to us. If, after inspection, it is neither a warranty case nor a defect of the product, you will be charged the postage. You can also stamp the goods sufficiently yourself. In the case of warranty and / or guarantee, we will reimburse the cost of this. We ask you, however, not to send the goods unstamped, as this triggers unnecessary costs. For repairs during the warranty period, no loaner devices will be provided and no costs will be assumed.

Limitations of the warranty
Opening the electric fence, improper use and the use of force will void the warranty.
The warranty will be voided if unauthorized persons interfere with the device or if spare parts of foreign origin are used.
Overvoltage damage (including lightning), damage caused by leaking battery acid and water damage are excluded from the warranty.
